Rational combi-ovens

Over the last few years, we have invested substantially to be able to offer you all of the benefits of our manufacturer training, at competitive prices. Not only do we have the certificates, we regularly work on these units both at our customers sites and at refurbishment centres. This gives us a unique understanding of what problems we can expect to encounter on a 'used' combi-oven, (a little different to a nice clean training oven). When things aren't working as they should do, it is essential to have all the right information, the specialist tools, spare parts and plenty of hands-on experience to be able to get you up and running quickly. Should we need a spare part that we do not carry, we can usually get it by the next working day and have you cooking in no time.

During our visit we will make sure that your oven has the latest software installed.  A software revision will effectively upgrade the computer on your oven to the latest Rational specifications, adding even more features and analytics.  Don’t worry, all of your stored menus will be unaffected!    We will also check that any faults logged on the computer aren't affecting the performance of the oven.  Then we will thoroughly inspect the complex systems inside for any signs of impending failure and make recommendations to you.
